Zinc Spray Machine

Zinc-Arc Spray Equipment is a high-efficiency and low energy-consumption product and we are manufacturer supplier & exporter of zinc spray machines. Itis consists of spray power supply and sprays gun, with an air compressor, air filter and wire feeding shelf as accessories. It uses the integrative electro-gas switch to make operation simpler and suitable for aerial work and fieldwork in a long distance.

  • Repair work for the surface wearing of papermaking dryer, printing roller, crankshaft, etc.
  • Zinc, aluminum, copper, pewter, carbon steel, stainless steel and many materials used for spraying material.
Zinc Spray Gun of this type is adapted to be supported and manipulated by one hand and, in order that it may not be too heavy, it should be made, as far as practicable, from Zinc. Zinc, however, is too soft to be advantageously used for both sides of the threaded connection between the top nozzle the receptacle and the cap to which the spray nozzle is connected. This spray gun sprays out from the gun to have a zinc coating on the subject. This gun uses compressed air or motor-driven.
