Portable Sand Blasting Machine also is known as portable abrasive blasting machine are the machines which are moveable i.e. can be moved from one place to another depending upon its usage.
A portable sandblasting machine is a highly productive and safe system designed especially for an extensive range of abrasive media. The machine consists of a blasting generator and works on the principle of pressure blasting. The blasting operation can be performed on glass, metals, ceramics, and stones.
Portable Sand Blasting Machine is a machine that can be transferable from one place to another easily. A sandblaster is an operation of effectively moving a stream of an abrasive shot on a surface under high pressure to even a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface or remove the surface materials. Garnet sand used to be the most generally used material, but since the lung infection are caused by extended inhalation of the dust created by sand, other materials are now used in such as copper slag, steel grit, baking soda, glass beads, dry ice, and walnut shells, garnet sand.
The portable machine operates on the phenomenon of pressure blasting principle, consist of a blast generator. The abrasives are filled at the top of the machine when the machine is not working and the blast generator is not pressurized. At the top, a vibrating sieve is provided to sieve the abrasive filled. If the mushroom valve is opened the abrasive will get transferred to blast generator for blasting. The toadstool valve performs shuts when compressed air is turned on and abrasive media storage container gets pressurized, for free fall of abrasive into the mixing tube. From the mixing tube, the abrasive is carried away by compressed air to the sandblasting nozzle for blasting.
