How much do sandblasters make an hour?

Sandblasting is a useful tool in almost any vocation. It can be used to perform the simplest tasks, like cleaning an oil stain from a driveway to the complex, like cleaning aeronautics equipment. It's the perfect tool for cleaning the things in this world that are the toughest to get clean. Some of the world's disagreeable jobs are made possible with sandblasting.
How much do sandblasters make an hour?
Sandblasting, in specific terms, is using small particles propelled at high speeds using an air pump to clean or strip away an area. Contrary to its name, sandblasting no longer involves the use of sand. This is due to health concerns. Steel grit, aluminum oxide particles, and crushed shell from walnuts or coconuts are typically used as the abrasion materials.

Average Hourly Sandblasting Costs:-


The average sandblasting company will charge 500INR  to 650INR per hour of labor. Specialty services will cost over 500 INR per hour. These types of services include extra preparation, special abrasion materials. Materials cost for sandblasting costs about 500INR. Most jobs require no more than one bag, but large jobs can use more materials. The cost to sandblast an object, house, or building it will depend on how many hours it will take in sandblasting and the size of a job. Small jobs will cost is more expensive than large jobs due to the setup time and cleaning cost. 



Sandblasting Cost Per Square Foot:-


  • Very Light Sandblasting (1/32 inch deep): 70 INR to 200 INR Per Sq Foot
  • Light Sandblasting (1/16 inch deep): 130 INR to 350 INR Per Sq Foot
  • Medium Sandblasting (1/4 inch deep): 280 INR to 550 INR Per Sq Foot
  • Heavy Sandblasting (3/8 inch deep): 480 INR to 1250 INR Per Sq Foot
